Terms of sale

These terms govern ticket sales for Masters de Feu. If the checkout flow shows different information at the time of purchase, the ticketing terms shown at that moment take precedence. If translated versions conflict, the French version prevails.

1. Seller

Tickets are issued for Masters & Events Factory, 115 rue de l’abbé Groult, 75015 Paris, SIRET 828 310 425 00016, [email protected], the publisher and organiser of Masters de Feu.

Depending on the edition, ticket sales may be handled through a partner ticketing service or a dedicated official platform, which then sets the technical ordering and support flow.

2. Scope

These terms define the rules that apply when buying tickets for Masters de Feu shows and related events.

Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. No withdrawal right

Under consumer law, leisure services scheduled for a fixed date do not carry a right of withdrawal.

Tickets are therefore final and non-refundable in case of input errors, loss, theft, or inability to attend.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included, excluding any processing or service fees clearly displayed before checkout.

The order becomes binding once payment has been confirmed by the platform in use.

5. Ticket delivery

After payment, tickets are delivered electronically, usually as a PDF by email.

Buyers should check that they received the tickets and contact ticketing support promptly if they did not.

Unless the organiser cancels the event, tickets remain personal, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

6. Entry checks

Each ticket carries a unique identifier. Copying, duplicating or attempting fraud may lead to denied access.

Admission requires presenting the ticket and passing security checks.

7. Safety and conduct

Visitors must follow the instructions issued by the organiser and security staff.

Access may be adapted or restricted for safety reasons, and dangerous behaviour can lead to immediate removal without a refund.

  • plastic tarps, folding chairs, folding stools, foldable backrests, inflatable seats and folding tables, even with disability access proof
  • tripods and photo stands, except for press or photographer accreditation
  • coolers of any size
  • motorcycle helmets
  • sharp or blunt objects
  • glass bottles and large metal flasks
  • picnics, except for light snacks
  • illegal products and strong alcohol
  • animals

8. Weather and force majeure

The event takes place outdoors. Rain does not trigger a postponement and no covered seating is provided.

Only wind above 54 km/h, observed during the show evening, can cause cancellation.

In the event of force majeure, the organiser may cancel or postpone the event, with ticket refunds handled according to the communicated process.

9. Liability

The organiser is not liable for ticketing outages, network failures or incidents outside its control.

10. Personal data

Data collected during checkout is used to manage ticketing and customer follow-up.

It is processed under GDPR, and access, correction and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected].

11. Customer service

For order-related questions, customers should first check the confirmation emails and the support of the ticketing platform used.

For general questions, write to [email protected] or call Masters de Feu ticketing support at +33 (0)7 67 52 61 96.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

If a dispute arises, the parties will first seek an amicable solution before any court action if needed.
